Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

  • Personalized or custom items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days with photos and order details.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
